What about a warranty on my boots?Dan Post Boot Company merchandise is manufactured under rigid quality control standards and has been thoroughly inspected. In the event you feel you have purchased a defective pair of Dan Post, Laredo or Dingo boots, please contact your dealer in order that they may inspect them. We accept returns only from authorized dealers. We are not responsible for damages due to customer abuse, neglect or alteration. We will not guarantee any boot that has been repaired or altered in any way. 4. How do I get a proper fit when purchasing boots?Generally, your boots should be the same size as your shoe size. However, the toe shape and heel height may affect how they feel. When purchasing boots, always stand to determine proper fit. There are 3 key "tests" that can be used to determine a proper fit.
Heel Slippage is normal and does not mean the boots are not fitted properly.
After the boots have been worn and the outsole flexed a few times heel slippage
should stop resulting in a comfortable wearing boot. Proper care for your boots will greatly extend the life of your boots.
